it doesn't really matter if every kid in there agreed with him

we (adults) can't see what led up to his outburst

There is almost no scenario where that type of outburst is acceptable or will produce better results than acting in a rational way without insulting the teacher and disrupting the class.

I'm going to go with the odds here.

They did....I'm pretty sure...I heard "baby" then giggling...and I read some of the comments that heard the same thing.

I was joking on the gang name...and I clearly posted the time of :57...which sounded a LOT like scorpion on my computer, but I already agreed that it was square biz on further listen. Hearing the one before , and having you point it out was helpful.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion....it is my opinion that regardless of whether the teacher gave out packets or not, students shouldn't disrupt others, ignore being sent out, insult the teacher etc...

We don't have all of the info, but I doubt there is anything that would justify this type of behavior......If we could see the prior few minutes of the video, we could confirm this.

If you think that is an appropriate way to address problems in a classroom / professional setting, then awesome. I personally think there are better ways to handle things. That is what I would teach my students and my children.
