We went out to a restaurant tonight, and we shared a bunch of appetizers and entrees. I did make shepherd's pie last night (lamb, not beef), and I'm making jambalaya (with sausage/chicken/shrimp) tomorrow night.
Sunday's touch and go with the weather around here, so ideas for an indoor meal for about 8 would be appreciated (if the weather's good, there'll be about 20 people, but that'll be burgers and the like). I'm thinking about braising some short ribs or making a chicken adobo, but other ideas would be welcome. |

Corned Beef and Cabbage is some of the nastiest stuff there is.
I had grilled chicken breasts that were marinated in an Italian Mustard over night. Then stuffed with pineapple. Had cubed potatoes with red and yellow peppers all cooked in butter on the grill as well.
