I think what you said about Kaep bringing more impact plays is fine.. that he can make for a quicker comeback.. and I think Kaep will be a good QB (and is).. but if Alex was in that game, how can we even say SF is down 3 TDs after the 2nd half KO return? We can not.

If you look at his statistics they're good. Not GREAT. Save the playoff game vs GB.

He looks bigger, stronger, the team is solid. I don't see how they miss the playoffs. Maybe the lack of a solid #2 will hurt him early, but Mannigham will be back mid-season. Crab'll be back for the playoffs.

Unless he just completely falls apart I don't see how he regresses (barring injury) I feel that same way about a lot of the young QB's.

This year, there will be a lot of tape for opposing teams to study. I think it will be similar to what happened to Cam Newton last year.

they were down 28-3 because of KAEP. he was 3 nd outing like a mofo with an int and kept on giving ravens chance to score without scoring himself thats why they were down so while i agree alex wouldn't have been able to come back i don't think they would be down 28 3. I actually think they couldve been maybe a touchdown down. remember alex at qb the offense had higher percenntage of scoring per drive. His drives lasted longer and ended in scores preventing the ravens from scoring that much as well
