Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started. Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. I don't sweat a lot for the most part, but that's because I'm just not a heavy sweater. I can go for a run in 100 degree heat and not sweat through my shirt. I drink a sit ton of fluid as well.

I don't pay THAT much attention, but I don't recall everyone including competitive BB'er and PL'ers sweating a ton if much at all unless they are doing cardio. I think some guys just sweat more than others. I'm not a huge sweater.

This is real.
I ate so much food yesterday and I felt constipated this morning. Almost left work, but I finally let out about 12 inch log and had instant relief. I've had 3 more large logs today. Best day of pooping ever. I feel so light. |
