No more High Fat diet please...
So realistically, as it stands today, how close are we to wrapping up this putrid practice of drafting fatties high on both sides?

How many more high round investments must we make? Isn't it time to start looking at some play makers in other areas for God's sake?

You now understand that the likelihood of Branden Albert leaving this team withers away with each passing game, yes? Or, you can choose to remain reeruned on the subject; I don't care.

I'm satisfied with developing Bray for the moment( and yes, my satisfaction DOES in fact matter, thank you ), though we should always be on the lookout for talent at the position. I have confidence that the Dorseid will do this.

So, which fatties need to be replaced with high round, generational talent(because ONLY generational talent should be considered. Period), and who is your choice for selection in these positions?

Secondly; Receivers, Corners, and YES goddamnit a REAL Free Safety:

Who looks good this year?

Lastly, having missed the boat on dual-threats this year( yes Myrtle, Mr. Austin is His name ), who are your "niche" players that could make an impact for KC in 2014?

He had a short pass breakup Sunday, just a simple run-of-the-mill throw for Dallas that's usually a 'gimme' first down, that I thought was one of the best plays I've ever seen him make. He was moving fast as a freaking bullet and just dove in there and knocked it away.

Talking about Berry for a second, one of the radio guys lately made what might be a good point: maybe he's better in coverage this year because of the change in style of coverage. Playing tight at the line, rather than playing off. Similar to how you see outside guys get torn up on intermediate stuff when they're playing soft. Allows him to be physical right at the line.

What do you guys think of the draft of Julio Jones? The Falcons gave up a ton of draft picks up him and it pays off. Normally a team has seven picks and only a few could pan out. So why not go for quality rather quantity?

I'm not giving up on Kendrick Lewis. I think a lot of his problems over the last few years have been direct result of shitty coaching as much of this team has suffered for it.

He has underperformed but I think he can get his career back on track and be motivated with the rest of the team. Wins help build confidence and I think we are going to see this team build on every win they get.

We need to start building Bray's(or whomever)receiver corps. There will come a day, believe it or not, when dinking and dunking will be but one part of the overall passing menu.

How much more gas does the tank have on our Herm-Pick Superstars? Gotta' consider that as well.

I really hope we get away from this fluff-pick nonsense(FB's? really?)and start getting down to business. I know these guys are looking at the athletic aspect of these players as well, but it's time to get out the scalpel and start doing some fine shaping.
