...and better quality players will be had before the late rounds, thats why they are drafted there. The only thing we're gonna get in the last couple of rounds is backup fodder. Again, why do so many think you can just plug in a big body on the line and holes will magically appear?

Agree, their player personnel department is just awful. I had a chance to intern there this summer and was afraid my career would be over in two years.
