I decided to start going to the batting cages to exercise my arms. It's fun, cheap, gets me outside.... I have a friend who is loaning me a bat.
Good exercise for my arms? Does it work anything else? |

You know, I haven't ignored that. I'll get some when I can afford it. In the mean time, if I find something that I like doing, it gets me out of the apartment, etc, then I'm more likely to keep up with it.

You don't have to have weights. Google exercises that you can do using your own body weights. Lunges....squats.....dips.....etc.

If I don't "feel" like working out, I can still go do something that doesn't seem like a workout. I go through phases where working out is easy, and times where I hate it. If someone could answer this, that'd be awesome.
I'm trying to get my protein to fat ratio up, but with the foods I'm eating, I'm usually around a 60-40 ratio. I want to the ketosis to kick in. Is there any kind of protein powders that aren't just for after you work out? I've read there is. Also it has to be carb-free, or very low carb. A simple google search really hasn't helped me. |
