Weather Snow on the first day of Spring - Page 3

I hate you Kansas. I ****ing loathe you for more reasons than just the snow... but the snow just topped it off.

I cannot wait to live in a state with proper seasons.

Actually, that's not what he said. He said he wants to live in a state with proper seasons. The inference being, a place where the weather changes gradually from one season to the next.

Up here in New England, we occasionally get snow in March and April. We even had a Mother's Day snowstorm not too long ago. But, in general, the seasons ramp up and down smoothly. Even so, I think everyone deals with weird fluctuations; today it's going over 70 here, and three days from now on Tuesday it'll be rainy and mid-40s.

People will make fun of you for saying that, but I was in the same boat in Tampa. After growing up with the four seasons, Tampa was "nine months of hot, and three months of really f**king hot". Every day was the same: highs in the 80s or 90s, sunny, high humidity, afternoon thunderstorm. Drove me frigging crazy.

There was ice on the roads in Wichita. They were on back roads but ice nonetheless.

Its a cruel joke from the Groundhog, he told us there would be more winter, and during the last month the weather has been very pleasant, now that its spring we see the first sign of winter for weeks. I say we form a party and go up to PA and tie the groundhog to a tree and take turns taking shots at him.
