James Harden: 14-47 from the floor in the first two games of this series, and that doesn't even begin to address how badly he's been punked defensively. Three straight choked series now dating back to the 2012 Finals. Face it, this guy is an overrated product of regular-season reffing, and when he's not getting his flop calls in the playoffs, he vanishes.

You ever actually been to a game there? Closest thing to a college environment you'll see in the NBA. Incredible atmosphere. Portland is also pretty good in this regard.

Comparing Harden to T-Mac is an insult to T-Mac. McGrady was an insane talent in his prime and had some huge games in the playoffs, but he just never had the supporting cast, good luck, and health at the same time to translate it into wins.
Harden, meanwhile, is just a third option at best who is elevated to near first-option production in the regular season by the officiating, which fools casual fans and front offices around the league into thinking he's better than he actually is.

Harden's career WS/48 rate is 8th among active players in the NBA right now (behind LeBron, Paul, Duncan, Dirk, Durant, Wade, and Ginobili). Has struggled in the playoffs for the last two seasons as a #1 option, but he's a really good player overall. His normally great offensive efficiency alone makes the Rockets a good team.
