There is a downside.
It's a good signing, but only if they don't get stubborn about the QB position, if they get the DC pick right (critical), and if Clark has learned his lesson and not settle for years of mediocrity. The downside is if we repeat the mistakes of the past and give Reid too much power, settle for playoffs instead of super bowls, and let experienced coaches/front office guys pick their cronies instead of picking coaches/players based on their abilities. But I'm going to give them that chance to prove otherwise. I'm just glad to bring a winning culture back. |

Only whitlock could put a downer on today.
With his logic-we should get Jeff George as QB

Well, he loved the Herm hire. And was still defending him in 2007/2008 saying he needed 2 more years to get it done.

Herm's draft picks seem to be the strong suit on this team talentwise. |

Update: Bill Belichick was the highest paid NFL coach at 7.5M/yr per Forbes. So Andy Reid just got fired, and is worth Belichick money? Hilariously stupid even for this franchise.

Wasn't Whitlock saying Manning was all washed up around week 4 this year?
