I do both, it's usually about an hour workout. I am trying to do cardio every single day for the next 3 months. I was really disappointed with myself yesterday when I skipped and took a nap after work instead. I had a small window and I failed. That was disappointing, but I was really tired.
The cardio part takes 29 minutes. I have gradually increased speed over the past 3 weeks...I started at 7, 7.2, 7.4 and struggled...now I'm up to 7.7 and sometimes I feel like I could keep going, but I don't want to over exert myself and make up excuses to not go. I always hit my arm days...sometimes I'm lazy on leg days. I feel like I'm still getting a decent workout in my legs every day I run, though. |

At one point last year I had lost 15 pounds but gained 9 back. It is what it is. I gain weight every fall and winter.
