Based on my experience watching Antiques Roadshow, I'll never accidentally buy a valuable piece of pottery because every valuable piece of pottery I see is quite unattractive. This bowl's not bad, but honestly, if I had seen it at a garage sale I don't think I would've paid three dollars for it.
