They are located in Olathe, and I know they serve JOCO. Not sure if they do anything on the MO side. They take a percentage of the rent each month for their fees. If you want I can PM the info later.

Even if they doesn't operate in MO, they may know someone. We found them through our realtor when we were discussing sales options on our house a couple of years ago.

We are pretty well breaking even, and will continue to evaluate the market to determine if we should sell at some point.

The company has a deposit so we will get that money while searching for a new tenant, but we haven't had to deal with that. They did a thorough screening of all applicants to make sure we didn't get any problem renters.

Found them through our realtor, but we did do a search online to compare different companies. The company we are with was the most reasonable.

Fact is...it's an AWESOME opportunity for me and since Sully isn't finding a teaching position in this area, seems good as time as any to make a move!
