Not one of them are irresponsible nor are any of them in ANY danger of losing their jobs. I'm talking corporate execs even.

The kinds of consequences he described ONLY happen if you're in possession of large amounts of pot, aka dealing. Yeah, if you work in a factory or drive a fork truck, there are safety rules and those places take drugs seriously. The vast majority of America doesn't work in those settings anymore.
