Think about it.

The language of a buyout is the sticking point, meaning that Clark has put it on the table that if things dont turn around, he can fire SP on the cheap.

This means Pioli would have 3 more years (after 2012) and that he would need to draft a quarterback or find some way to get real results.

I've thought about and it's still a stupid idea.

This guy doesn't deserve anymore chances.

He'll NEVER find a way to get REAL results. He doesn't have it in him. He's too preoccupied with stuff that shouldn't matter.

Lets be real here...if Pioli hits on a quarterback, people will be photoshopping Pioli is superman suits.

The problem is that your opinion is based on 2 faulty assumptions.

1) You're assuming Pioli even knows what a real QB is. Obviously he doesn't.
2) You are assuming Pioli will draft a QB. He could have drafted one in any of the last 3 years and taken ALL of the credit. There's NO WAY he's going to do it now because he can't win. If he takes one, it was the pressure from fans and ownership that forced his hand rather than his own skill as a GM.

Your hypothetical is impossible.
