I guess I am taking the loss well after all.
It didn't start that way. At the end of the game I told my wife I might be done with the NFL all-together. It took a few hours of playing with the kids to realize that I can't control what a bunch of dumb-**** athletes and coaches do. I watched and enjoyed the playoff games yesterday. I am still baffled from time to time about how they managed to lose, but it fades quickly. Getting older and more mature helps a lot. |

Yeah, I get on this board and talk noise from time to time, but if DEN were to sh*t the bed on Sunday and lose... in the end, it's just a game that I'm a fan of watching. If they win it all - awesome, if they fall short - oh well.

This. 20 years ago I couldn't cope and had more energy to get angry. Now I'm desensitized.
Thanks to Red for some levity. Happy New Year!
