Romo/Rivers/Cutler..career losers or franchise QBs?

Whats your take on these guys? Would these guys be 5-0 on the Chiefs.....or do they make too many mistakes and turnovers in critical situations? Sure, they put up great "box scores" , but so did Jeff George......

Shit offensive line. No running game for pretty much 75% of the season and Hakeem Nicks isn't the same.

Eli has been what he's always been. A streaky turnover prone QB. It's just swung farther to one side this year.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Not sure what this tells me... but, I believe those 3 INTs came in crunch time vs Denver and Green Bay. Both games, Dallas surrendered leads - got behind, Tony fouled up in crunch time.

Brought up already ... and have addressed it.

Rivers is 31-31 the last 4 seasons - throws for a metric ton of yards, lots of TDs and respectable a number of INTs.

.500

QBs that are sitting in or hovering near the top group don't do that for that long of a stretch.

There's no point Buck. All the Preparation H in the world won't repair Mile High's bung hole at this point. He's inconsolable and unreasonable.
You can't really blame him...

You're funny... my comments about Rivers have absolutely nothing to do with the win last week or any other week. I just don't rank him as high as those of you supporting the team.

I think there's a reason that so many lump him into the conversation with the likes of a Romo and a Cutler.

Rivers is having a career year with the least amount of offensive talent he's ever had overall, much as he irks me with his crybaby ways... i cant take that away from him, he's been pure money all year.

Atleast for this year, i'd eeeasily take him over Cutler, Eli or Romo... if he can keep this going and they manage to stack the roster better, those guys will be deadly in 2014.

It's the SB ring argument ... Flacco's placement on you're list must be purely based on his ring. He's an average QB. There's not much else to say to support the argument.

Here are the past 10 SB winning QBS:
Super Bowl 38. Tom Brady
Super Bowl 39. Tom Brady
Super Bowl 40. Ben Roethlisberger
Super Bowl 41. Peyton Manning
Super Bowl 42. Eli Manning
Super Bowl 43: Ben Roethlisberger
Super Bowl 44: Drew Brees
Super Bowl 45: Aaron Rogers
Super Bowl 46: Eli Manning
Super Bowl 47: Joe Flacco

Here is your top 2 groupings:
Group 1
Peyton Manning
Tom Brady
Drew Brees
Aaron Rodgers

Group 2
Eli Manning
Joe Flacco
Ben Roethlisberger

Oddly, you've picked only the QBs with jewelry. That's seems to be the entire basis of your list. It must be ranked based on who you "like the bestest". How can anyone take this seriously?

Well, take a stand hot shot, aside from your beloved Rivers... who else have I snubbed?

Who would be in your top 2 groups? Again - you don't have to like or agree with anything I've said, but get wrapped around it and bent out of shape all you like. Phyllis is inconsistent... power arm, nice stats, but inconsistent.

Does my list have to include only QBs that have won the SB in the past 10 years like yours?
