Unfortunately, I'm solidly at 25%. I would like to get to 15% someday. I'm working on it, though, and finally making some progress.

I'm around the 20% I'd say. 6'2" hovering around the 200 lb. mark. I need to lose a bit more but it's very difficult. I have a bad knee which makes high impact exercises difficult. I also travel significant time for work which means I eat out in restaurants at least 60% of the time.

Restaurant salads just don't really fill me up or satisfy me and there's generally not a whole lot of other healthy options. Anyone have any good ideas?
