Paging Exoter

Exoter believes the Chiefs will either let Houston walk, sign him longterm, or will tender him at the 1st & 3rd round draft pick tender.

I do not believe this. I think there's no way the Chiefs let Houston walk or sign him longterm this offseason. He's too valuable and maddingly difficult to sign.

I am betting the Chiefs have to franchise tag him. Let's bet on it, since you were comfortable doing so in another thread.

If Houston is on the tag (either playing or holding out) by Week 1 in 2015, I get to determine your username, avatar, and signature until Week 16. I'll let you back to normalcy by Week 17 and any playoff run the Chiefs might have.

If Houston is not on the tag, you can name your terms.

Name one thing about Bob Sutton and this Defense that I've been wrong about that wasn't a typo (GOTCHA).

I'll wait. No other arguments please, just this one.
Pretty much everything you've posted. Your hybrid nickel (which you still refuse to define the alignment and coverage for) that you think the Chiefs use. The moronic and pop warner level "adjustments" you think the Chiefs defense stopped doing.

You're without a doubt the most moronic poster on this board. Congratulations.

You're also a pussy, which is why it's hilarious you've avoided the Bob Sutton thread.

I'll tell you what sweet Exoter, you just have to admit you have no idea what you're talking about where football is concerned and I'll stop making posts that show your true idiocy on this board.

So in essence, you can't prove anything. Good to know.

I'm many things, a Pussy isn't one of them. I just didn't want to read through pages of trolling and bullshit, just to get to the point. And as a troll, you know you can't "internet fight" me in this thread, because you lack the support of other trolls in this sub-section, so you must reference the "other" more populated section of the forum, in hopes that your "bait" will lure me there to continue the argument.

That being said, I posted there before I read this, and I have responses there, but the argument won't go forward unless you have proof of your own argument, of which you have nothing as the evidence is against you and your lack of comprehension.

But hey, you ignored the facts and just believed what you would, because you're a sheep in this life, no wonder you're worried about getting fleeced.

Say what you will about MAP, Sauto, but its a lot like getting a high school diploma, of which I doubt you have, or a degree from an accredited college institute, of which I know you don't have. Its about "paid dues" not in the sense of false security paying them for them to give you a sign on your door saying "hey you can trust me" but more of a "coming of age" situation, meaning "I'm either big enough, serious enough, or reputable enough to have this sign on my door". I wouldn't hold it against you with your shadetree mechanics operation, with your unpaved parking and 8 dollar an hour mechanics to to knock such a "place" but believe it or not, its a lot more than just a sticker. in B2B situations, a lot of times its something that a shop MUST have to qualify.

You'd know nothing about B2B situations, as I doubt heavily that you've ever taken on a major client for their fleets before, as you live in the sticks with a very small customer footprint.

I can see why you say that you have plenty of work, too, considering you have such a small shop and so few employees, and yet you talk down on me like you've ever managed 40+ employees in a dealership setting.

Get out of here kid.
, no i act as though you adjusted the times and fleeced EVERYONE, not just the little old lady. i understand PERFECTLY.

and anyone is "big enough" to pay a $150 yearly fee and take an open book test to get the sticker on the door.

ME? i dont NEED to, my current and potential customers dont need a sticker on my door for a sense of security while bringing their car to me...

and it just seems fake to me anyway, pay someone that never sees your business to say you are ethical? how the **** do they know one way or another?

but you hang your hat on it. its obvious who is a fraud here and it isnt me.

oh and i HAVE several B2B accounts (as you would like to call them Mr. buzzword.) and none of them ask for my MAP certification. not one, hell i have worked on some of the vehicles for some of the biggest transporters in the country and not one has cared...

you are a ****ing idiot.

and a fraud.

When you post nothing, fraud, then there's nothing to refute. I mean, sure... you've posted a lot of words... but they are mostly meaningless.

Please refute the following

"yellow, baby food, gravy, 52 hybrid, hot route, hot route!!
Omaha, eagle, green tshirt, wagon wheel is round, "kill zone" riverside, BOB, egg salad."

You can't?

That proves you know nothing about football!!!!

This is like the second dumbest post a person could make, next to Sauto saying I'm a fraud because I pointed out that you can adjust labor hours in many programs of which he most likely uses, and then claims I'm a fraud because every business I've ever worked at with that program has different settings and adjusts them.

What's that word they use for people who put their own problems and pitfalls on others in argument? Oh yeah, projection. Seems like you did exactly that trying to connect dots that weren't there to make an argument for the sake of argument or trolling.

and a fraud.

Excuse me sir, I'm an overeducated City Boy, remember? And I'll have you address me as SIR, my degrees and work experience make that so, drop out.

As for MAP, I don't hang my hat on it, and what you've failed to grasp from that discussion on MAP is that it isn't something to hang your hat on, but a "rite of passage" if you will, for any automotive repair facility. There are many other things exactly like an MAP sticker on the door, such as the ASE stickers you almost guaranteed have on the outside of your door. Like you just said, they don't step foot in your business, and you get to take an open book test to get a sticker on the door.

I'm pretty sure you've taken one or more of those tests and have the sticker on your door, but its the exact SAME thing as the MAP, only for a different field.

One Says you are qualified to do the repair on the vehicle, the other says you are qualified to be IN business to do the repair to the vehicle.

They are literally two sides of the same automotive business coin, and you're arguing for one over the other.

I'm literally trying to have a rare, but meaningful conversation with you about business, and you're being ignorant, stubborn, and thickheaded about it. For this reason I know you're a shade tree shop, for this reason I know you couldn't hack it up "here" in the "big city" dealership world.

I know I'm not going to change your mind Sauto, but I'd like to reiterate again that you took me out of context when explaining Mitchell and Alldata and their scalers. I know you THINK what I was saying is that I can adjust them willynilly and rape every customer coming through that door if I please, but I was merely telling you that you can adjust the hours however you see fit, as a business, and hypothetically rape ANYONE who came through that door. I was in a hypothetical there to explain the system to someone who did not know the system (not you), and you decided to read that and attack me for being a fraud, without understanding the context.

In essence, i was trying to explain to someone else who our business worked on a more literal level, what to look for, what to ignore, and you just came in, read 1/10th of my novel I wrote, keyed on a few words, and claimed me a fraud and refuse to actually read the whole thing in detail to understand the context that you misread.

That, my friend, is comprehension, and you neither have it, use it, and it puts you into situations, like ours, where I put your on the ignore list, until I see your posts in my thread and feel I must reply to correct your flagrant misuse of context.

I don't pretend for a moment to believe you'll actually see the point anytime soon, I just hope a wrench hits you in the head and knocks some sense into you so you could get back on the "right" side of what I was discussing.

actually ive never argued for or against ASE certs. i have them, but only because the shop i worked in prior gave bonuses over getting them...

i have nothing hanging on my door or anywhere in my shop stating that i have them, in my personal office i have the papers somewhere.

again i dont NEED map or ase to make my customers feel good, my service does that for me.

and again maybe YOU are the one not comprehending or maybe not reading the full posts because i have said I UNDERSTAND YOU ARENT "WILLYNILLY ADJUSTING THEM TO RAPE PEOPLE"

YOU ACTUALLY JUST ADJUSTED THEM AND ARE RAPING EVERYONE!

thats a FACT.

and yes i use mitchell and motor labor guides, have a 2014 version of both but for some reason they didnt include adjustable "scalers" in the book versions. (which im sad they are discontinuing after this year.)

you know like people did prior to using computers for everything.

but i, unlike you, can open that book and show my customers the ACTUAL hours a job calls for, for a competent mechanic to complete.

and there was NO hypothetical, none what so ever. you said you raised the times prior to opening your doors...

its all in your posting history.

you bumped up all your labor times prior to opening your doors.

Well over? So, like, 9 dollars an hour? Woo ****ing hoo dude. That's a base rate anywhere here in the metro lol. And I know for a fact you aren't paying over 10, and I doubt you'd spend a dime over 9.25. As far as your lead tech taking over 1000 last week on his paycheck as take home is a ****ing joke. A god damned ****ing joke. Do you know how many techs in the last 5 years I've had, not lead techs, but techs, that have had a take home of over 1k per week?

I've had regular techs take home 1k per week and employed dozens of them averaging that much. ****, I've had lead techs take home 2k average like it was nothing, and you're bragging about a "last week" take home of 1k? God he must average 750/wk take home if you're bragging about 1k lol!

The point of emphasis that you're missing, Sauto, is that I've generally managed anywhere from 15-45 lube techs to master techs at any one given point, and you're stating here that your "lead tech" and "lube tech" made X and Y amount without plurals, which hits the point that I was getting at. You run a SUPER SMALL BUSINESS. You have probably at best 6 employees for your whole operation, and yet you're talking shit about me being a "fraud" when I clearly didn't say a single god damned thing that implies fraudulent behavior in my own practices. And that 6 employees is an "at best" example, and on top of that you "take home" likely didn't come after taxes and payroll because you're likely "off books" with the IRS and claiming them as 1099 employees which is FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do me a really big favor, and I know you suck at this and I've been asking you for years to do this, but.......

Please post ONE TIME if you're going to make rebuttals, I cannot mutli-quote people on ignore, and I don't wish to remove you from my ignore list.

Keep all of your thoughts to ONE ****ING POST.
