I simply told you that Andy Reid's quarterbacks have played well within his system. And now you're trying to deflect by putting words in my mouth. If you don't want to call Reid a QB guru, fine.

All of this trade back talk is ridiculous.
NOBODY is going to trade up to #1 for a Tackle. Or a Guard. Or a corner. NOBODY. None of those players is a game changer, and you don't trade up to the #1 spot for anything less. A QB is a game changer. If you don't have one, you're screwed. We don't. If Dorsey and Reid like Geno, they'll take him at #1. I hope they do, I hope we can go forward with our very own #1 guy and I hope he becomes the franchise QB we've always wanted. But I don't know. It may be a 2nd rounder. |

FYI, the excuse given for why Kolb couldn't secure the starting spot in Philly was that he got injured. TWICE.
Well guess what? He has the SAME PROBLEM in Arizona. A QB that can't stay healthy cannot be, BY DEFINITION, a franchise QB. So let's throw out Kolb. |

Props to OnTheWarpath58 for providing that info, and being able to do so in a modest fashion. Thanks for the back and forth, htismaqe.

Yep.
Combined numbers for QB starts under Andy Reid NOT named Donovan McNabb: 38-44 record (.463) 55% completion percentage 112 TD's 94 INT's 70 QBR. And those numbers are inflated due to Vick, who was a #1 overall pick. Last edited by OnTheWarpath15; 02-22-2013 at 11:17 AM.. |
