...what? Someone help me out on this. For all of the inflamatory crap I've posted here, how does this get me negative rep? Poster was asking how to do the rep stuff, had been iggy'd, then posted asking again, and I had the misfortune of responding:

Uh, you don't "turn on" rep. You just click the little profile of the dude with lines coming out of his face on the bottom right of the poster you want to rep... a window will come up asking you if you want to give positive or negative rep.

I was at Smith College (all female unde-grad institution) for a 2-week molecular biology workshop during June. In our lab group there were 2 Smith College lab instructors, 2 Smith college students, 5 other female students and 7 male students.

OK: insinuating that Smith College students teneded to be lesbians

Not OK: insinuating that Smith College students came from financially advantaged families

Not OK: a male saying he was going to "bitch slap" his male lab partner.

Note: I was not involved in any of the the above examples.
