Yeah, it was him.

Then the anchor said "and I was worried about the behavior of the Ravens fan "....

Serves them right for doing nothing but talking about the Ravens for the whole f***ing segment.... and he did it as she was talking about the Ravens' pep rally... it was perfect.

Across the street? There was someone in a Chiefs jersey... thought it was #37, so I figured it had to be CP.

Evening news... not in the same area as the pep rally, and they hardly even mentioned the Chiefs. The segment sucked... they interviewed a Ravens fan, then someone at 810 Zone about the Ravens, then mentioned "if you're a Ravens fan, you can join a pep rally tomorrow at 810 Zone...", then sedated jumped into view and said something like "Chiefs are going to win" or whatever, then WOOOOO!... then even after they cut away, you could hear him scream WOOOOO! again.

It was the perfect interruption, really, especially since he was wearing a Chiefs sweatshirt with a huge Arrowhead... it was the only thing about the Chiefs.
