is this guy going to be T-Rich's replacement, or do we have other plans?

Well, he's not going to be as fluid and fundamental as T-Rich... he was one of the best, especially leading out on those sweeps. But in terms of straight-ahead running plays with LJ I think he'll do fine. Cruz can lay the wood, I think he'll be okay going north-south.
