Have you ever looked at LT's stats?

27 years old with 100TD's and after this season he'll have over 10,000 yards. He's way under 30. He will break yards and td records for all RB's. Good bye Emmit.

Damn he's a bad ass.

I always wonder if barry even if he had a line would go through and start doing his dance. I think barry sanders was the best running back to watch, but would take walter payton because he had power, speed, and agility. If I was to play one game and had to have one back it would be payton because he hardly ever took negative yards. I think sanders had the most negative plays of anyone ever. That kills drives.

I wouldn't be in awe just yet for setting all-time records, alot of stuff could happen for that to happen specifically O-line giving out, and injuries could occur.

He plays on offense, so he's a first ballot hall of famer no doubt. I dont know if he can hold up and have a few more good years, If he does, he may be able to break the all time record.

ive seen LT say on TV that he might not even play another 3 years, so i will be surprised if he gets close to breaking Emmitt's 18,000+ yards

I dont know why this thread was bumped.

Anyways, even if you don't consider him anywhere near the greatest, he is a damn fine RB.

Not only that, but who had ever heard of him out of TCU and the Chargers drafted him 5th overall.

We got pretty lucky with that pick.

I get goosebumps when I think of some of the things he did. 31 TDs in a season? Thats amazing.

Yeah......uhhhh............I think if you would heve been around here at that time, you would have seen me and many others praying that he would be available when the Cheifs selected.

We knew, though, that was a pipe dream.

He was on everyone's radar.

LT is just another Barry Sanders....his star-status burns bright for a few years...then dissappears into oblivion.

Hes just another Ki-Jana Carter....Curtis Enis....Errict Rhett.....the list goes on.

Sooooooooooooooo reeruned.

Best of all time, I really don't think he was, but one of the best yes. I like Jim Brown, Walter Payton, and Emmitt Smith, I think all could be arguably considered the best.
