He might do fine in this role, actually.

What Coordinators? They're all out looking for jobs lol. So Pioli is gonna keep Herm and hire his coaches for him? I don't see that happening. Herm has to be out at this point. Maybe they want Herm to retire and they're forcing his hand. Retire not for financial reasons but so if someone wants to hire Herm they have to give us compensation in the form of a draft pick. Like the one we gave for him.

Aside from evaluation/selection of Corners, it's the ONE THING he knows how to do well, and he DOES have the respect of the 3 and under year players.

Hey, in an ideal world I could eat 10 times a day, not gain weight, and shit golden eggs as a by-product. But these guys presented a conundrum, and I just tried to solve it the best way I could.

Clark and Pioli are almost like brothers. It's weird.

They're definitely operating on the same page, I think they just sort of screwed the timeline/window for Coaches in the process of hammering out Scotts deal.

That said, there's only ONE Scott Pioli and I'm glad we tackled THAT before setting out to find one of a 1000 coaches that exist in the world of the NFL and NCAA programs.

No reason to keep someone around who has proven they can't do the job just for expediency. I don't want the Chiefs players subjected to this scheme and learning this way of football any longer.

This. We've got too much potential superstar at a few positions to be dicking around with Herm.

I finally got a chance to watch this, and I really like what I see. Not a lot of new information, but it's nice to see the two in a more casual setting. Definitely worth the time to watch.

Some of you are just way too obsessed with what happens with this team FOR NEXT YEAR.

If Herm is here, it tells me that Pioli couldn't get the other targets he wanted, and ended up saving the team 4 million instead of locking in a lesser candidate.

If you are ready to run him out of here because he keeps Herm for one year then I don't know what to tell you.
You know what TBG? I really just dont care anymore... For the last 17 of 20 years I have poured my heart and $$$$ into this team, and for what? I tell you what, FAIL!!!!

Actually if they keep Herm? More ****ing power to them, IF the want to milk the fanbase? More ****ing power to them! I just dont care anymore... They have beaten us/me down for so long, I have just come to the end of the line, I just dont ****ing care anymore.

I feel like some of the guys on here that just gave up 1-2 years ago...

BTW, I am not ready to run Pioli out, I think he is an All Star hire, just figured that with a new change and a new direction that doesnt include Fail, we wouldnt be sitting here wondering what the Freak is going on. But guess what? This still is the Chiefs and we still can be disappointed...

But at the end of the day, I just dont ****ing care anymore...

Feel free to add it. Someday when I get some free time I will re-do the page layout and add some more features. I also want to re-convert some games in better video quality.

I will move the header to the top of my to-do list.
