It's been sad watching this franchise wither on the vine.
The Royals have their problems, but the Chiefs were divided into fifths several years ago. 1/5 to Clark...1/5 to Danial...1/5 to Lamar JR...1/5 to Norma/Lamar and 1/5 to Lamar's daughter.

Several NFL owners kids don't wan't the team...see Rams , Jags, Bills, etc...

No excuse...if Lamar wanted to win it all he could have done the AF/EK thing... he didn't and here we are.
