I've been getting some prank texts of someone telling me to lookout behind me and tick tock and them telling me they will be asking all the questions.

Anyways, I did a reverse lookup and everything says the number is a landline number. Is that possible?

no it can't be a landline number. you can't send messages from landline numbers. it's a cell number for sure. the directory you used got it wrong.
