Before you try convincing yourself we are, just stop. There was nothing surprising or unusual in how this game went. It’s the same all season. We have by far the worst position group of any on the field at a critical spot. As good as our defense is, the offense, and receivers specifically crush any advantages we could have. Most games we are still the better team despite the receiver issues, but against the top contenders, at this moment, we are not.

There isn’t one team remaining on our schedule that scares me - not one. We can absolutely run the table and go 14-3…IF, IF, IF we get our ****ing shit together on O. We aren’t going to be a juggernaut on O this season. It’s not happening, but we also shouldn’t be a complete shit show in the 2nd half of just about every gawdamn game we play. That is fixable, and so are the mind numbing drops. Get that shit fixed, and we’ll be fine.

If someone didn't think the Chiefs weren't the better team than the Eagles coming out of that one, I don't know what they were watching. That was about as one-sided as it gets between two top teams. The defense completely shut the Eagles down.

When this team doesn't do stupid shit, we win.

It's as simple as that. Let the Chargers argue about whether they're the better team in their wins and losses.

This team needs to learn how to ****ing execute. They had the bye week to accomplish that, and jack ****ing crap got done. That's inexcusable.

They needed an awful lot to manage that win.

Without Steichen, their OC was doing all vertical or all short, not much intermediate threats and our defense was killing them.
