Two Big Changes
The NCAA college football rules committee has decided to:

- Do away with the clock running after a kick-off or change of possession

- Have kick-offs take place at the 30-yard line instead of the 35-yard line

Discuss.

I like em both.

I hated the clock rule.

I like the fact that returners will actually get a chance to return the ball in decent weather now, too. Too many touchbacks, IMO.

Great changes. The running clock rule was about the stupidest thing ever to hit college football...
