An unfortunate repercussion of agreeing to appear in ESPN The Magazine's "Body Issue" was that I caught the flu bug after spending an entire day posing for nude pictures alongside tennis star Serena Williams, MMA combatant Gina Carano and surfer Claire Bevilacqua.

That's why there were no NFL Truths last week. I was sick, recovering from what felt like H1N1.
My attorney and FBI investigators are examining the possibility that ESPN executives sprayed germs in my dressing room or contaminated the banana hammock I used to cover myself between pictures.
