Tempur-Pedic beds
Found a good price on one. But are they worth it? Who owns one?

Does it sleep hot at all. That is really the biggest issue for me.

Also, how does it compare to sleep number beds? I am noticing that the sleep number bed is actually more affordable.

sleep number bed is the only way to go. I have had one for 10 years.

Sleep number is the worst crap bed of all time. I have a temperpedic and numerous other, ummm testers think its fantastic. Including myself.

Mine is every bit as comfortable as the Tempur.

Of course, you have to know how to "tune" it.

And you best be prepared to pay the price. It was a tad more than the Tempur.

The ole "you have to know what you're doing" argument.

I had that thing for 2 years and tried several different settings. If there was some special way to "tune it" that wasn't common knowledge then I guess I dropped the ball.

The memory foam topper that I got at Costco doesn't require any tuning and I sleep like a log.

I dont have a Tempur but I have a 4" MF pad on my mattress.

It doesnt retain any heat.
