A place by work has the same thing, pretty good. I just don't like cheese sauce on those types of things when they could melt real cheese instead (same for nachos).

Agreed, I find cheese sauce to be revolting. We had a Taco Bueno open up in town years back, so I stopped in to try it out, every ****ing thing on their menu had cheese sauce instead of something even resembling real cheese. No bueno, never went back, and it's possible i wasn't the only one who felt that way because it didn't last too long. Good riddance.

Zarda's not my favorite KC BBQ by a long shot, but they have a drive thru, and I like that a lot. Big T's has a drive thru too, but it's slooooooow. Never go there if you're pressed for time.

I think best fries for taste is Bryant's. Best value is Joe's KC. They give you a great big bag. Also like crinkle cut fries at Rosedale. They're the perfect french fry.

Except you can't buy brisket by the pound at the drive thru, which is bullshit. They make you walk inside.

You can buy fries by the pound at Rosedale. I've never done it but been tempted!

Love their crinkle fries with the original sauce for dippin.

I am with you on Bryants wedges being good but damn an order is like eating 3 large baked potatoes I also remember when Gates also served the wedges.

I just like the lighter crispness of the a good crinkle fry. Wish Zardas was up here in the Northland never understood why. My kids would go crazy for those waffle fries I get tired of the line at Chick Fil A and the drive up to Liberty to them and their nugs.

I'm a big fan of Rosedale. It's in my top five of KC BBQ joints. Love their apple flavored sauce. They're a great value. I usually get a turkey dinner with fries, slaw and beans and a Diet Stewart's Orange Creme soda.

Their ribs are not very good. They do theirs like Earl Quicks used to, they're fatty and chewy and like pot roast. Must be a KCK thing. But their brisket is good -they cube it up instead of strips- and the turkey is great. Also they have the best drink selection in the city for variety. Nice people work there too. Service is quick, good value, never leave feeling hungry.

I'm a big fan myself and is always one of my favorite spots and I dont mind the ribs even. When we had offices in the Bunker Hill building on the Plaza then later 2940 Main midtown we made it a regular lunch stop. To this day I never steer far from my regular order beef on bun fries and a large RC. Those ladies know me I dont even have to recite it but I do because I like to. Quicks was very similar wonder if they were buds service the railyard lunch over the years probably copied what went over well.

no way man, A hole telecom companies are #@$%@#$%@#%$ The amount of enmity I have for that industry can not be over stated. (worked for telecom 13 years.....and on a side note.... I wonder if Morpheus is still there)
