Please dont take any of my crass postings to heart, I like to use humor to cheer folks up. I know that you are probably like most young folks you`re age..your just going through this crap for the first time , and it feels realy raw. You might have a shit boss, but if you can, sue him for all he is worth, get a nice set of implants with the settlement money(if you need them ) by yourself a sexy convertible, put on a hot dress and show your boyfriend, your boss and any one else who gives you shit, or is hating on you...that your one bad chick, in a hot dress, driving in a hot car...cuz you have places to go and people to see, and you just dont have time for the bullshit.....again I am drunk so hope that made sense.

This post is basically the way North Country ended. Very disappointing end to it. Of course, not as bad as the end to Stanley and Iris. That movie's ending was completely off track.

No. In the end of North Country, it was basically, "well, get in our new car! Life is good and sexual harrassment is no longer a problem in the workplace environment for women! Now my son can play hockey again once again."

Fighting for employment and harrassment rights don't just stop because a movie needs a comfortable ending so the producers feel it's a safer bet at the box office.

And Stanley and Iris starts off as a statement about the working class and educational opportunity. It's a nice little picture, and then, the bottom falls out and you realize you watched a movie that stung: the only reason there is such thing as working class is to test you to see if you can get out of it, and the only way you get out of it is by making a million dollars from an invention you sell to Ford and then you go live in the suburbs. Now isn't that hopeful!
