has anybody got an opinion about dr.s who think that just because they have a degree to their name they can run over top of those of us who do the 'dirty work' and take advantage of us?

Better than any silly prank is knowing your legal rights. I'd hate to be a patient and my doctor's nurse just loaded him up on laxatives.

Have you ever seen North Country? It's not a great movie, but there's an important history behind it. Spend some time at your library looking up sexual harrassment and employee rights for women. Or call up the ACLU for information.

yeah i aint gonna mess with the mans coffee or nothing, im not lowering myself to his level...it aint worth it to me...besides, all i really want is assurance that he will not be anywhere near me ever again...

I think this guy is banking on you to not know anything about employee rights. You start talking Civil Rights Act, Title VII, and Oncale, I think the problem would end quickly.
