What will you consider progress in Indy? The Poll
I was there the last time. About 5-10 Planeteers shared the pain together;

Not making Manning punt and a offense running LJ up the ass of his own offensive line are part of our history. We can reasonably expect a better performance this time.

But, what is going to be consider progress? Not going to attempt to define progress, thats up to you.

If we bring a physical game for 60 minutes, I'll consider it progress.

Because if we do that, I think we'll kick their asses. Romeo knows that the Mannings are just a football team ... not Greek goddesses ... and he'll have our defense ready. It's a fast field and we have speed. They have glaring weaknesses that can't be fixed in a week. Our secondary will be primed to prove themselves against players considered by many to be the "best" in the league.

I like our chances.

A loss isn't "progress" no matter how pretty it is. Not saying I'll be distraught if they lose on the road to a playoff-caliber team, but no way can I call it progress.

The great thing about this game is it feels as if we have nothing to lose. This was the one loss on the schedule that was penciled in by every human being on the planet ever since the schedule came out. If it's a loss, I think everybody shrugs and moves on. But if it's a win....holy shit! That would basically signal the dawn of a new era.
