My votes would be for two players that really leap out to me as excellent, potential 1st round talents: DE/OLB Chris Smith from Arkansas, and WR Martavis Bryant of Clemson.
If Bryant doesn't have to be buried beneathe the depth chart behind Watkins and DeAndre Hopkins, he's a borderline 1st rounder. Smith, on the other hand, has been super impressive this Draft season. I think he's at least as good a prospect at OLB as Dee Ford. Ford's probably got him on lightning, corner-bending speed. But Smith is a damn good passrusher, and far more powerful and rounded.

There's a reason why Bryant never saw much playing time despite his physical skill-set. He has a bunch of effort, character, and learning ability red flags on him. I forgot where I read it but apparently the reason why he was never featured strongly before in that offense was because he was lazy and didn't put in the work to become a starter at Clemson. He didn't flip the switch and decide to dedicate himself until this last year after being left home for their 2013 bowl game due to failure at meeting academic requirements. He already has 2 kids from 2 different women. Etc, etc.
I would take Moncrief over him at this point.
