There were two shark attacks while I was down there as well. The spinners and black tips are crazy this time of year. Overhead shots just off the break are insane:
 This was happening last year when we were down there. It was freaking AWESOME to watch:  Sharks were like "surfing" the waves and coming right up to the beach. I was dying that I didn't have a fly rod, as they were chasing the shit out of anything that looked like a baitfish.
