All you can do is keep working.
Until this team gets to 6 losses, there is nothing to worry about but to watch the games and see how they do. This team could be a wildcard and go to the #1 seed or #2 seed in the Divisional and win easy. 3 losses is not big deal unless 4 or 5 more losses are on the way. I will watch the games and know that they can win if they get it together. I think they need to approach offense and defense differently, but think that is possible.
