Chiefs Question around Selling Season Tickets

I recently became a Season Ticket holder, as I wanted to be guaranteed playoff tickets at reasonable prices. I live out of state, and for sure won't be coming to all 10 games. After I paid for everything I got a call from Chiefs account rep and said ... FYI you have to attend 50% of games or we can take your tickets away

I am fine with that policy, but pretty shady timing on their part.

Here is my question - I have friends and family in Missouri. Do people know if you need actual ticket on phone or do they just scan QR or Barcode? If I just texted my cousin a screenshot of the tickets in my app - Does that work?
