I've been switched from an offensive homer to a defensive homer...
I no longer want an offense-first head coach. I think we need a defense first head coach who brings with him an offensive Guru Coordinatator. That's something Marty never understoond (until he got to SD). I'd like to see Herm Edwards and Al Saunders, or Mike Martz...
But looking at the league there are way too many successful D teams with stong OC's. Patriots, Colts, Cowboys, Bengals... I know people see Herm as Marty 2: Electric Boogaloo... but I'd be OK with that if he was able to keep Saunders (or bring in Martz) as OC. |
