What's Up With DirectTV?
I go to pay my bill the same way I have for two years now using my phone number and they all pretend they can't find me without me providing them with all sorts of personal information. SS# different CC#s. Keep in mind they pretend to not even be able to pull up my account by me giving them my account number.
 WTF?This company doesn't have an oz of integrity. I'm dumping them when I move in 2 months. |
