Really bad sarcasm on the tax payer's dime
I'm a regular at a Wichita Falls(TX)-based community message board. Another member posted a
copy of a mass-produced letter to a student of the Holliday, TX school district. It took me a minute to realize what exactly this form is saying. This one of those "what the hell?" moments at the tax-payers expense.
