It's funny - nobody's even trying to defend Pioli and Haley. Nobody's arguing they've done well. All we've heard is: 1) Give him more time. 2) He's better than Herm. 3) Pioli can't hear your complaining with his SB rings in his ears. 4) Well why aren't you a GM? C'mon folks, somebody try to make a cogent defense of what Pioli and Haley have actually done here. Critically examine the moves they've made while in charge of this team. Anyone can shut their brains off and become a set of automotons - "In Scott We Trust" doesn't take much effort. How about examining these moves without considering who made them? From !@#$ing around in firing Herm, to drafting a 5 technique at #3 and paying him like a franchise QB, all the way to Haley's abortion of a game yesterday, how can anyone actually defend how these two have handled our team to this point? |
