Those 3 will clear MOST anything that could be the problem.

The hard part will be getting them to install on an infected system.. if you can get them installed and UPDATED... then running them should fix ya up.
this ... everyone should be running programs for:

Antivirus (AVG or AVAST)
Malware (Malwarebyte)
Spyware (spybot and spyblaster and winpatrol, i run all of them)
firewall (comodo or zone alarm)

All the above are free and quality programs ... google search for the free latest version to download.
