Bradford or Clausen are there, Trading down?

In a thread over in the lounge, this was discussed.

Our #5 = 1700 pts
our #50 = 400 pts
Total = 2100

Their #13 = 1150
Their # 16 = 1000

Seems like a fair trade, but then who do we draft?

When looking at what teams, drafting below us, might be interested in either Clausen or Bradford, I came up with very little.
San Fran, Jax, Seattle, Buffalo & Cleveland.
San Fran & Seattle certainly have the ammunition.

St Louis & Washington are both in need, but drafting ahead of us, so I don't see any scenario of both QB's being there.

We won't draft a QB in the first either way.

So finally, what if one of them is there? Who is likely to want either one of them? Who do we draft if we trade down?
