What "should" you do?
Assume you're out on the town. On the street, you see a man belligerently shoving another man; almost coming to blows. Then the aggressor begins to shove a woman, to the point of throwing her against a parked car, then into the street.
As a bystander to try to intervene or do you sit back and wait for the proper authorities? |
