Yep he is. There are lots of stories like this that have come out over the years.

Non-Feel Good moment, more game related; I remember when McCarron came in for McElroy during a blowout. and I 'think' on his first pass, he checked out of the play and chucked the ball about 40yards downfield.

He came to the sideline and Saban was about to blow a gasket.
