Richard Sherman's 4.56 40 at the Combine say no.

McGill also put up a ridiculous 39" vertical and a 10'9" broad jump while being 6'3" and 215 lbs with 33 1/4" arms and 10 1/4" hands.

He's going to need to be coached up a bit for the CB position, but the intangibles are there in spades.

He's absolutely prototype for the new generation of CB's in the NFL.
