According to the report, the league sources say the NFL determined 11 of the 12 footballs used by the Patriots were under-inflated by two pounds per square inch each. Per NFL rules, footballs are required to be inflated between 12.5 and 13.5 PSI and weigh between 14 and 15 ounces.

I don't see it this way at all. The QBs are allowed to modify the balls however they like to get them to be customized to their preferences. After that, the refs inspect the ball to ensure that it is acceptable for play. It even says in the rules that it is the sole discretion of the official if a ball is acceptable or not. Rodgers' actions fall well within both the letter and spirit of the rules. Brady's do not.

Are Bill and Brady going to help the NFL get to the bottom of this? No. They will do the bare minimum. The owner should be doing his own in house digging to find out the truth but of course they are not. They think silence and integrity are the same thing.

Bill only told half the truth and Brady will straight up deny everything. Even though it's becoming pretty evident that this has been going on in many games.
