Pats Cheating Comfirmed

According to the report, the league sources say the NFL determined 11 of the 12 footballs used by the Patriots were under-inflated by two pounds per square inch each. Per NFL rules, footballs are required to be inflated between 12.5 and 13.5 PSI and weigh between 14 and 15 ounces.

Nope. He has his game ball inflated to the maximum legal limit BEFORE inspection. He doesn't try to deceive the refs and break rules like Brady and Belicheat did. Cheatriot apologists need to find another deflection, because this one's not working.

The main thing here is that it seems pretty clear to me based on the reaction around the league that teams have been fooling around with the ball in different ways, both legally, illegally and quasi-legally (doing something illegal before the refs inspected and hoping it got through their inspection), for years, but nobody cared.

NOW suddenly everyone cares, but really only because it's the Patriots, who everyone loves to hate, and it's turned into a big hullaballo. Selective enforcement seems unfair, but the masses must be appeased in some fashion.

So yeah, draft pick I guess, though it still seems pretty ridiculous to me.

Has he admitted to over inflating the footballs AFTER the refs have inspected them to MORE than the rule allows? Nope. He's admitted that he likes an over inflated ball. Never once said that he's done after the ref has ok'd the ball.

Next bullshit defense please.

Simms specificially said he tried to OVERINFLATE the ball, beyond what is allowed. Rodgers admitted the refs DO deflate their balls (why would they do so if it was within the legal limit??)

So I agree that what he did was less bad than altering the balls AFTER the refs inspected them (if htat is what happened, which I assume is the case), but it's still like speeding and hoping you don't get caught.

Belichick pretty clearly did precisely nothing.

So, you admit, your entire issue here is due to your Patriot hate.

Aaron Rodgers admits he likes them OVER-INFLATED.

I dunno, I think if the Chiefs won the AFC Championship found using deflated balls, it would be a huge shitstorm, with some minor alterations. At the end of the day the narrative will be the same. Can't win without cheating.

Well, cheer against them in the SB.

Win or lose the NFL will charge them a 1st round pick, at worst, and they'll still be playing the game...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Yeah....Belichick doesn't know that his QB is having the balls deflated after they've already been checked by the refs. Especially after the whole Spygate thing and being busted for cheating.

Did he or did he not try to pull a fast one on the refs after inspection?

LOL Bullshit defense?

I really don't care about what happens to the Patriots.

A lot of this is just Patriot hate.

No one would care if this was Seattle.

It's a bullshit defense to say that Aaron Rodgers does the same thing....when he doesn't. You understand that part?

Do you know why this is such a big deal right now? Because the same team has already attempted to cheat before and been caught. Now they're doing it again....the game before the Superbowl.
